“Originally from Brittany, I pursued my higher business education in Paris, and began my career in China as a buyer, moving to Vietnam as site director of a consumer good production plant. After 5 years abroad, I returned to France to join the leading European innovation consultancy as a manager, then joined a German Executive Search firm as senior international consultant.
The headhunter was finally recruited himself, and I returned to the land of my birth to work for the holding company of a large agro-industrial group based in Brittany, for whom I created the position of international human resource development manager.
My project for 2002 was to create, for my region, a firm focused on recruiting executives, specialists, and managers, that offers solid knowledge of the business world (small- and medium-sized businesses and major corporations), experience in supporting company development, and the ability to serve as an invested local player while remaining conversant with international challenges: the result was Theodore Search!”
