Terms and conditions of use of your personal data

By sending your application via the Theodore Search site, you undertake to provide honest and accurate information about your professional experience. You are responsible for ensuring that the aforementioned details are accurate as they may be checked (for example copies of degrees/diplomas, work certificates, pay slips).

Your personal file, comprised of information concerning you, will be deleted from the Theodore Search database upon request, or automatically within 36 months from the date of last contact.

In compliance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you are entitled to access, view, rectify, update or remove any of the personal data concerning you at any time.
